Bachelor's degree in Education, English,
Linguistics, or related field is required; 2+ years of experience working with
adult learners and/or working in a social service agency preferred; knowledge
of multi-cultural issues and the needs of adult learners; teaching experience;
good interpersonal and organizational skills.
